Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.
2. All products purchased from our store are eligible for return or exchange subject to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
3. Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and remain in their original packaging.
4. Return or exchange requests will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days.
5. Once a return or exchange request is approved, our delivery representative will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.
6. To request a return or exchange, please send us a message via WhatsApp using the number provided on your shipping invoice, or contact us through our Contact Us page.
7. For defective or damaged products, please send us clear photos of the product along with your city, address, and order number. The product will be exchanged for another product if it has a defect, is damaged, or does not meet the agreed specifications.
8. A full refund will be provided if the product received is substantially different from the description provided on the product page.
9. We are not responsible for expectations regarding the use or performance of a product that were not stated or represented on its product page.
10. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
11. The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
